Every time I make one of these stubs over a page that somebody else previously fouled up on, it seems it wakes up the delete it crowd. Just to save some time, this is a stub. I'm pulling it from a preliminary copy of the US Census Bureau's 2012 census of governments. No, it's not a perfect stub and yes, I am putting template stubs like this on multiple school pages, exclusively using the Census data, no original content. Yes, I do take suggestions in general on improving the stub template. No, I will not be amenable to spending more time on each article to turn them into something more right now unless you're willing to pay me. Yes, I will be returning as my data gets better (am currently looking at NECS for infobox improvements) and I can sweep through via script and find the templated districts that haven't been improved by hand in the meantime (great if you're going to do it).
