Prod and deprod/ a dubious article?[edit]

I prodded this (per notability concerns) and the prod was removed. That's fine of course, but unfortunately there was only a generic explanation from the deprodder.

In fact this article is rather odd. If BB was the Canadian High Commissioner to the Commonwealth of Dominica, why did he "present his credentials at the Citadelle of Québec" alongside "Maria Navarro, Edda Mukabagwiza, and Nikolaos Matsis"? Why should he "be styled His Excellency by Canadians during his tenure as a high commissioner".

Is it possible this is all mixed up? Maybe he was really the Dominican envoy to Canada? Of course we have no sources — according to the 'ambassadors are automatically notable' principle we don't need them — so we can't tell! --Klein zach 11:58, 25 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
