prod removed[edit]

I removed the prod. The BVS was one of the first vegetarian societies in the US. And has done groundbreaking work in the movement. Let's give those interested a chance to dig up the citations. Lentower (talk) 00:33, 7 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Boston Vegetarian Food Festival has inspired a movement across North America to provide annual showcases locally to exhibit the best available information - year-afer-year - and to make visceral the experience of eating a broad variety of health-supporting plant-based foods - in the context of the 'expert talks' about human health and nutrition.
