WP:PTOPIC discussion[edit]

OK so this is the chronology:

in December 2005, Keenan Pepper redirected boric to boron without an edit summary
in February 2014, Zoupan redirected boric to boric acid without an edit summary
in June 2022, Jorge Stolfi redirected boric to boric (disambiguation) i.e. here with the edit summary: "Boric" by itself does not mean "boric acid", it is a qualifier for (1) boric acid meaning orthoboric acid, (2) boric acid meaning any boron oxoacid, (3) boric oxide, (4) boric ester

This change now voids the assumption of WP:PTOPIC. Should anyone wish to object to this per WP:BRD, let's seed the discussion here. I previously pondered doing this but hesitated to do so as most English-language searches for 'boric' seemed to go to the boric acid. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 20:16, 25 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If we look at the page views for the entries on the page directly it would seem like a primary topic may well exist, but I would guess that the real graph is hidden behind the list at Borić which adds the President of Chile, hence this graph.
