Ravishanker and court case[edit]

An anonymous editor has tried to add material claiming that a court case is pending regarding the Director General of the BRO. This edit cannot be allowed, because:

It is unreferenced, which makes it impossible to verify;
It implicates a real person, and therefore is subject to the rules for biographies of living persons, which prohibit contentious claims without cited reliable sources;
Documents in a pending court case are generally considered primary sources, which are often impermissible;
The text in question may make speculative statements that violate the WP:CRYSTAL policy;
The text in question makes statements that appear to be original research or synthesis, both of which are prohibited.

If this matter is fully adjucated with no remaining appeals and has been reported in reliable sources, and the issue is relevant to the article, then appropriate text may be added with appropriate citations at that time. This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered.

The second line of the lead is complete off-grammar and not at all factual. Kindly remove it. Earlier it was under Ministry of Surface Transport. Due Defense person working in this Organisation also there was always a confusion of Ministries as fund allotted to Road works of Ministry of Surface Transport was Commanded by High ranking Army officers as there will. 2006nishan178713^t@lk 15:08, 3 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
