Private charges filed and laid pertaining to sections of the Criminal Code of Canada[edit]

Kevin J. Johnston's online videos claim that eight private charges under the Criminal Code of Canada were filed and laid with a justice of the peace in Mississauga against Bonnie Crombie, Mississauga Mayor as follows:

Fraudulent Concealment CCC s. 341

Public Servant Refusing to Deliver Property s. 337

Fraud CCC s. 380(1)

Uttering a False Pretence CCC s. 361(1)

Threats And Retaliation Against an Employee CCC s. 425.1
