I am not sure how to notate this and have done what I can? According to the arta.cz biography he was christened on Feb. 16 (os) but this is not necessarily the date of birth (now this is also the case with some other composers of course). Is there a standard Wikipedia way to write that? (The christened-on-but-maybe-not-born-on, not the (o.s./n.s.) part, I mean. Two separate issues ...
