Proposing additions[edit]

Hello - currently this article lacks significant information and citation. I've written an updated draft and saved it to my sandbox here: User:RivBitz/Bloomberg_Law_Sandbox. I've built out some of the sections and given more credible citations. I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look at my revisions and if deemed appropriate, implement the changes to the article.
