Removed names listed as examples of folks who are "black" or "not black" -- the mentioning of the names would seem to go rather against the NPOV that the Wiki goes for, really. Perhaps generic examples should be given instead?

Blackness[edit]

How do you explain defining 'Blackness' by refering to African American? Does that mean you aren't Black if you aren't American? How insular can you get? Come on Guys show some common sense. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 172.142.205.201 (talk) 01:56, 12 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]

I removed the introduction refering to African American. Politics still needs some work. Taric25 (talk) 02:53, 16 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, "Blackness" refers to how "Black" you are in relation to American perceptions of what it is to be "Black" so I see what they meant. Whimsickal

This article is so ridiculous, I think it is one of the first tongue in cheek articles on Wikipedia.-unsigned —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.181.157.225 (talk) 21:16, 27 March 2007

I'm glad I am not the only one who sees the ridiculousness of this article. It just goes to show how messed up race relations in America are. NorthernThunder (talk) 10:29, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Is this article really worth it? It doesn't seem to have any value in an encyclopedia. 69.115.19.58 (talk) 18:06, 14 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
