Untitled[edit]

Billy Dixon and others did not establish adobe walls. Billy Dixon did not as I know it establish the building north of the Adobe Walls where the Second Battle of Adobe Walls took place. Please read Billy Dixon's wife's biography of Billy Dixon. Gypsymax 00:01, 17 March 2007 (UTC)Gypsymax.[reply]

I'm not an historian just a history buff but I think Billy was one of 7 recipients of the Medal of Honor not 8 as stated in the article.2601:283:4100:8D2E:3CD9:90F3:5759:573F (talk) 03:21, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Billy Dixon's native state.[edit]

    This is a good article. I do not wish to edit without notifying those who are in the know, and are more knowledgeable than I. I respectfully point out that when Billy Dixon was born, he was born in what was, in 1850, a part of the state of Virginia, not West Virginia (which would achieve statehood in 1863).
