Regarding Changes in National Leaders[edit]

The edit in this section as per the old edition [March 3, 2010 version] to [March 13, 2010 version] was partially irrelevant and has not been changed yet. The Article is NOT about the Chief of the Army staff. It is about Bhiwani. Thus the slight description of the Chief is sufficient. Details about his family and other descriptions have already been given in the article specially devoted to General Vijay Singh.
