Interview with Chris Cerf, questions wanted[edit]

Got a question for Chris Cerf? He is co-creator/co-producer of Between the Lions. Post your questions before 25 April 2005. -- Zanimum 18:11, 25 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A Category page for Fictional chickens exists, and this page has a fictional chicken, but I'm not sure that this article should link directly there... ideas?

Lionel's shirt[edit]

Isn't it noteworthy that lionel's shirt features the number 42?

Probably only to fans of Douglas Adams. The reference is deliberate; Cerf has said as much (see his introduction in US editions of The Salmon of Doubt). --JohnDBuell (talk) 15:31, 20 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Uh[edit]

A lot of the content is a little skewed. Thanks to objectivism, that is exactly not where the stuff probably should be heading.

For example, the Cliff Hanger which I edited was written as it is said exactly on the show, which more or less adds enthusiasm to the words that is not necessary in an encyclopedia.

I fixed some, but I'm tired.

Daily Show[edit]

The show occasionally has cross-overs with the Daily Show. I've seen it at least once watching it with my brother. This should be perhaps noted.

How so? Do Daily Show cast members appear on Lions, or does the Daily Show make reference to Lions in its skits? -- Zanimum 19:26, 5 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Typography Mistake[edit]

I just added an apostrophe to the s on the Fun with Chicken Jane section in harms, making it harm's. Please take time to spot spelling and typographical errors when you edit the article.--Luke Elms 00:57, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Citation needed for categorization[edit]

Anything that is to putting an article in a category as the [citation needed] template is to putting info in an article?? Georgia guy (talk) 20:02, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Introductory Material - Date of Premier?[edit]

Shouldn't it be expressly stated when the show premiered? Right now the reference to the awards implies the show began in 2001, but not all award winning shows win in their first season. Did it premier in 2001? Give more specific date maybe. Ileanadu (talk) 15:28, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Actors[edit]

Should someone add a table saying which voice/real actor plays who? I always like seeing that on articles and thought others might like it too. Questions, Comments? (I would do it myself, but I don't know the wiki code) I like Nintendo, Sonic and HISHE (talk) 21:39, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Edit: I have added the character list but, I couldn't find a few names and other names were just posted as puppeteers. I could not find Chris Phillips on the IMDB, but if anyone else wants to look, be my guest. Also, does anyone know if Denyce Graves was a special guest one time or if she is a regular singer for the show. Thanks HISHEfan (talk) 21:14, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't add a Character to Bertice Berry, David Matthew Feldman, BJ Guyer, and Paul McGinnis for the reasons that IMDB said they were puppeteers, or did not specify the character (Bertice Berry) If anyone finds something on any of the listed, feel free to add it. HISHEfan (talk) 21:48, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Edit: found Bertice Berry, she plays herself in episodes in 2001, gonna look for others too. EDIT: found Chris Phillips and David Matthew Feldman, but every site that has BJ Guyer and Paul McGinnis say that they are puppeteers, thus not cast.HISHEfan (talk) 21:51, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Replacing Letter Songs[edit]

I really love the Letter Songs segment because the guy in this segment looks so awesome. Remind me of South Park. CanidG on the ROCKS! 07:40, 19 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism to the Funding section[edit]

It was brought to my attention by another user that an IP user included this page in a number of pages that they vandalized the funding sections of. I attempted to clean the section up, however I ended up removing it because it was wholly unsourced and some of the entries added before this user's vandalism ("Bae Systems" specifically) appeared to be vandalism as well. I'm asking for another editor who knows about the show and its funding to take a look through the page history and add it back in, preferably with sources. demize (t · c) 15:41, 14 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Focus of episode list needs to be established[edit]

In these edits an IP editor at 68.3.140.84 began to set up the episode list to receive what looks like some random information, like books read, key words, etc. If any of this content is noteworthy, it seems like it should be incorporated into the episode summary prose. The IP is invited and urged to discuss, but we shouldn't be turning an episode list into a collection of random trivia. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 22:47, 6 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
