Beta=β (greek beta)

German letter ß, called "Eszett or "scharfes S in English "sharp S"

A moron distorts Wikipedia but my professor does not accept ß for β. In science we don't mix things that look alike for artistical/æsthetical reasons. β is the name, create a transgenic form and name it ß-mutolactoglobulin — Preceding unsigned comment added by β class hypopanzer (talk) 21:23, 15 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Eszett is not scharfes/sharp s in English. Eszett is a combination of sharp s and zed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:C4CE:9AF9:E5F0:BA0:F848:7B8C (talk) 17:25, 20 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
