Bergsala is NOT the only distributor of Nintendo not owned by Nintendo[edit]
PLEASE do not add any references that echo's IGN's unfounded claim of Bergsala as the only distributor of Nintendo products not owned by Nintendo. It does not even make sense considering the scale of availability of Nintendo products in several markets where Nintendo does not have any direct executive presence. In fact, Nintendo of Europe alone has multiple third-party distribution partners as according to this official support page. Bergsala is not even the only distributor that works exclusively with Nintendo either. An independent Kobe-based company called Active Boeki K.K. has been partnered exclusively with Nintendo since the 1980s, distributing Nintendo's products in Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries, and later the Middle East region.
