As far as I know

Bell's has been
- United Distillers' most sold whisky inside the UK for a long time
- not usually available for sale outside the UK
Johnny Walker has been
- United Distillers' most sold whisky outside the UK for a long time
- not usually available for sale inside the UK. Certainly not actively marketed in the UK before late 2013.
