Suggestion to redirect to CRI page[edit]

Hello, I had created this page as a google search on Beijing news (an oft referred to daily in news regarding China) does not throw up any search results.

Now it is clear that CRI publishes Beijing news (which has a strong presence in China due to its Chinese language website and mostly through its weibo account).

Hence I suggest that rather than delete this page, this page be made a redirect to the CRI wiki. We can subsequently create a smaller section in the CRI page itself.

please let me know if I can do the same, by removing the speedy deletion notice and repalcign it with a redirect to the CRI wiki page. Notthebestusername (talk) 10:13, 22 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Notthebestusername: Please go ahead and merge information. Thanks for the notifications.--Cahk (talk) 10:17, 22 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
It is not published by CRI. The Beijing News that publish in Chinese language are not the same as the English namesake. Plus there is Beijing Evening News Matthew hk on public computer (talk) 09:51, 17 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Beijing NewsBeijing News (disambiguation) – I am still investigating this former article/redirect (now a disambiguation page), which claims China Radio International had ran a website "Beijing News" (or actually Beijing news; lower cap) is a hoax or not, but The Beijing News clearly the primary topic of "Beijing News". By context or lost in translation , "Beijing News" may have a rare occasion to actually refer to Peking Gazette or even Beijing Daily (they are both "Jīng Bào" as full/partial match), but certainly not the case of without primary topic, and the primary topic clearly not point to CRI's "Beijing news" (lower cap) section of their website.
