You note that the song was recorded in scratch version, the station requested a better version which eventually was the version that was on the Yellow Tape, and they won the money to make Gordon; Any idea where the CBC Variety Recording CD fits into that timeline? as I understand it, it's definately between the yellow tape and Gordon. Are you sure about that 'version eventually on Yellow Tape' part? I understood that the Yellow Tape was recorded on a 'whim' when the band was going to play at a music festival (sxsw or something like that?) and they decided they needed a demo; so they stopped into a studio and played off the 4 songs on the tape (and added a bit of Fight The Power because the tape had some extra room). I have never heard the story about Yellow tape Yoko being recorded seperately for the radio station... TheHYPO 02:50, 24 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image:Bnl-yoko-single.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template.
