United States Sixth Army?[edit]

The article credits Gen. Walter Krueger's Sixth Army for the Battle of Mindoro. It seems that records point that it was Robert Eichelberger's Eighth Army that took charge of this operation. Bootkinero (talk) 05:55, 8 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The Eighth Army assumed control from the Sixth on Mindoro on 1 January 1945. Hawkeye7 (discuss) 06:31, 8 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
