As reviewing administrator, I think you may be right, but:
- find some more references
- in particular, you must document the title with an exact reference to a reliable source. .
- find another title--possibly the exact designation of the vehicle; alternatively, consider merging it into a article on the record for these trucks, including all the successive holders.
- I advise you to do this very quickly, before the article gets nominated for deletion by a regular deletion process.
