Move to Bailie?

I propose to move the article to Bailie (only one 'l'), since that is the current spelling in use by at least 2 out of the 4 councils who still appoint Bailies. Both Glasgow City and Dundee City Councils use the one 'l' spelling, and I can find no evidence on Aberdeen and Edinburgh Councils' websites about Bailies at all.
