This apparatus is indeed trade mark from Becton Dickinson, but it is widely used worldwide in TB laboratories and is one of the recommended methods by the World Health Organisation. Also as mentioned in Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion - "Note that simply having a company or product as its subject does not qualify an article for this criterion".
