All bots are dumb by definition; doesn't mean their creators are, of course :) Thanks for the removal of the tag. As for the pages contained herein, yes, I do have them on my to-do list. Problem is, I have them on the same list with 120,000 of other pages that need to eventually be created. It is important to remember, however, that even though these links are red, they can still be of (marginal) use to (interested) readers. I have re-classified this page as a set (which can be all red links no problem), but even if it were to remain a geodis, it would still meet all of the criteria outlined in WP:DABRL, so I see no problem there either.
