Needs more documentation & information

This particular subject, part of the post-industrial and stationary services (not post-services) side of post-2023 economics, desperately needs updates, documentation, and new information overall. I can't explain the lack of studies on this subject other than that it's still a very active part of the economy which involves a lot of trade secrets (if it were my guess) & zoning laws with their secretive pricing standards on any given land determined by an administrative authority.

One particular question is, should asset-based economics be intertwined with Georgism, resource economy, rentier “capitalism”, structural inflation, land footprint, logistics nodes, IP/Trademark, or is it its own unique thing?

Another questions would be, what are assets? Is it the landmass? Is it the infrastructure on that landmass? The geolocation of that landmass/infrastructure? An accounting or actuarial mathematics formula resting on inertial inflation? A new form of religion by worshipping, overglorifying, overpraising something that resides on a particular zone or location, by default, frequented by people?
