Origins?[edit]

This is not an original game title. In The Cocoanuts, during the infamous "Why-a-duck?" routine, Groucho gets frustrated with Chico's mangling of the language, and remarks, "I'm not playing Ask Me Another!" So, does anyone have a clue when a game by this title was first played, and how it worked?
