Resignation from House of Commons[edit]

I notice that he appeared to have left Parliament in 1933, between General Elections, and the article on his constituency shows a by-election was held. Could the departure be accounted for?Cloptonson (talk) 08:56, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
