Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because <as the son of one of the world's most famous business men, and as a successful business man already in his own right, information on Arkadiy Abramovich is both useful and necessary. His name is one of the most famous in the world, and the lack of information about him is an inconvenice to people who are looking to find out more about him. This is why he merits a Wikipedia entry.>. — Charlesstewart99 (talk) 14:14, 10 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A Google news search shows zero recent news results, and only 19 in the archive. His name is NOT one of the most famous in the world. MikeWazowski (talk) 14:35, 10 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
This is a RIDICULOUS article. Abramovich has seven children. Are we going to have an article on each one? How about children of all other Russian oligarchs? Significance - ZERO. Nomad (talk) 16:40, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
