1. I would include more detail on how the IMF withdrew support for Argentina after they were unable to meet the conditionality requests of the IMF. Also, briefly mention how Argentina found itself in the position of being unable to pay off its debt to the IMF in 2001, as this seems like important background information into Argentina and the IMF's relationship.

2. There is a large quantity of in-text citations and hyperlinks as well as footnotes, giving the article a good balance and plenty of external links to peruse should the reader feel so inclined. I would, however, attempt to fill in the blank space between the 2001 and 2018 IMF agreements if possible and, if there is a lack of IMF agreements to cover in that time period, including a section on how Argentina's economy recovered or attempted to recover in that time would be useful to the reader.

3. The section that focuses on the 2001 economic crisis in Argentina should be expanded to include information into how the country fell into the crisis, as well as how they attempted to pull themselves back from it. In addition, it would be helpful to explain the exact circumstances as to how Argentina was unable to pay off its debt to the IMF and/or more details on how the IMF responded to this inability to repay the country's debts.

4. The article does a very good job of using neutral language and maintaining a clear reflection of the topic throughout. However, the quotation in the "2019 Presidential Election" section does contain positive language that could be deemed inappropriate, and as such, I would consider finding a different quote that expresses a similar sentiment.

5. There are multiple solid sources included in this article, including Wikipedia itself when appropriate, and they are all accurately credited either in in-text hyperlinks or footnotes at the end of the article. In addition, all hyperlinks and citations appear to be correctly done with working links. There is one particularly long quotation in the "2018 Stand-by Arrangement" section, which I would recommend attempting to rephrase in the author's own words.

Extra: There are many relevant Wikipedia articles already in hyperlinks as well as in the citations in this article. In addition, graphics are used sparingly but well in the article, I personally would not suggest adding any further images to avoid oversaturation of the article.

1. Lead Section - Readers of the page may benefit from a very brief overview at the beginning establishing the relationship between the IMF and Argentina before going into the details below. The main sections do a good job at explaining the more recent developments in the Argentinian economy and what the agreements and working relationships have been like in the 2000s. Additional sections detailing the early years, such as what led to the earlier Stand-By Arrangements, would aid readers in understanding what the relationship used to be like and how it has changed since its inception.

2. Structure - The article clearly organizes the relationship between the IMF and Argentina in a chronological order. Additions such as conditionality details and more context about the socio-political environment surrounding the relationship and agreements made would be useful. They may provide the article’s readers with a greater understanding of what forces and pressures may shape the history between these two bodies.

3. Balanced Coverage - The article is balanced. It could gain from an additional section listing credible critiques of the relationship as well as rebuttals to those critiques. The information provided is focused on the topic. Further information regarding the 2001 economic crisis may serve to properly express its severity.

4. Neutral Content - The language used in the article is free of partisan tones and focuses on the economic history. It provides reported information with the rare usage of individual accounts expressing an interpretation of events, i.e. what some believe led to Fernandez’s electoral victory .

5. Reliable Sources - The page primarily relies on IMF reports and a few news op-eds. The information appears accurate and authoritative. However, it may benefit from the addition of some analyses of the history of this bilateral relationship from scholars independent of the IMF
