Did you know... that Are You There? was widely promoted because of its score by Ruggero Leoncavallo (best known for his opera Pagliacci), but the first-night audience were incensed when it turned out to have very little music?

Is this an opera?[edit]

Slight correction[edit]

Reading the NYT article carefully. It doesn't say that Shirley Kellogg was the author, but that she was married to one of them, Albert de Courville. I've corrected that in the text and added some more info to the article. Best, Voceditenore 14:02, 3 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
