The drug is a feeble antiparasitic, and has been used locally in the treatment of ringworm.
This is an awkward sentence because it refers to Araroba as an antiparasitic, and then refers Araroba's use in the treatment of ringworm.
Ringworm is not a parasite: the article on dermatophytosis explicitly states that the 'most common term for the infection, "ringworm", is a misnomer, since the condition is caused by fungi of several different species and not by parasitic worms.'
Araroba may be a feeble antiparasitic, and it may be used to treat ringworms, but connecting this two ideas is invalid reasoning.
I broke up the sentence and put some distance between the two pieces of information. Hopefully it is better, if not, feel free to adjust it. Lalaithan (talk) 04:27, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
