I generally feel that the notability bar for wikipedia should be set low, since the encyclopedia is not subject to physical page limits. But please -- what is notable about this person? Well, the standard for notability is whether the subject "has received significant coverage" in independent reliable sources. So the question is, is the coverage of this guy significant? About half of the links are to MLB/MiLB, the others are articles in small papers/websites of the "local boy makes good" ilk. If this is "significant" coverage, then millions of individuals qualify for their own wikipedia page. Anyone that has appeared on the the police blotter in their hometown paper on multiple occasions and who has committed at least one crime that warranted its own story (for example) would be "notable." Every water commissioner, human interest story, and flash in the pan would have their own page. For example, Tony Rohr is the subject of the following independent reports:

His claim to fame is that he had a job at Pizza Hut, got fired, and might get his job back. Next week no-one will know who he is. He has "multiple in-depth sources independent of the subject," but not, I would argue, "significant" coverage from an encyclopedic standpoint. MLB.com and MiLB.com are independent of MLB and MiLB, as noted by the disclaimers at the bottom of the sources. The coverage of Seratelli has persisted across time, lasting over a decade, and presenting more than mere mentions, like those water commissioners get in local press. The coverage of the Pizza Hut guy is the definition of WP:NOTNEWS. – Muboshgu (talk) 21:52, 29 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
