Dubious passage removed[edit]

"It was inhabited from the Bronze Age Mycenaean era to the Early Byzantine period, but it was during the Hellenistic period that the port northwest of Gaza, populated by Greek immigrants from Anthedon in Boeotia, became an independent city under the name Anthedon. [ref: Études archéologiques des ruines d'Anthedon (in French), at orient-mediterranee.com. Dead link as of 9 January 2024.]"

The French online ref offered is unavailable (dead link). The existance in the Mycenaean period is true for the city in Boeotia. Probable confusion. Improbable in this region and not supported by any other source. The one RS I could find only states connection to Boeotia as probable, but not as fact. If it can be supported by RS, pls reintroduce.
