Redirect target?[edit]

This page seems so obviously necessary I'm not sure how it didn't exist as a redirect target, or if one exists now? The DAB page Annual suggests there isn't any page. power~enwiki (π, ν) 03:17, 10 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think this is an encyclopedic topic. Wikipedia is not a dictionary, nor repository for every word, phrase, entity, or notion. Do you intend to list every annual event in the world? A history of annual events? An in-depth scholarly examination of any and all annual events, ranging from music festivals to academic conferences to elections to meteor showers?
