Neutrality - WP:NPOV[edit]

The article reads like a campaign site for animal welfare. While I sympathize with those issues, it needs to use more neutral language. Statements like "Animal welfare in Egypt is an underrated issue." (unsourced) and the first sentence in "Issues" are unbalanced and don't maintain an uninvolved, encyclopedic tone. Sections like "Stray animal culling" need to state opposite points of view as well (why killing of stray animals may be seen as necessary by officials and citizens). The section "The Ahram Street dog" looks like an example, that is given undue WP:WEIGHT within the whole topic. The section "Activism" is an indiscriminate list of all possible organizations, it would be better to focus only on the most notable ones that have national influence. See WP:NOTADVOCATE for more information. GermanJoe (talk) 13:57, 12 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed list entries without independent, third-party sources to establish their relevance; indiscriminate lists are discouraged. The article still needs more work regarding uninvolved language and the presentation of all relevant viewpoints. GermanJoe (talk) 11:47, 17 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
