I was moved to write this article after seeing a verse by Wrigley in the order of service for the funeral of local historian Alan Petford (19 August 1953 - 11 February 2015),[1] perhaps not WP:NOTABLE enough for his own Wikipedia article, but a brilliant and gracious teacher and lecturer.
