Although this page has been proposed for deletion before, I would like to just ask future users to note the following Wikipedia page for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlos_M._Gomez . Carlos M. Gomez and Alok Verma as both/ were both the heads of their respective police departments. Carlos M. Gomez's page is within the scope of wikipedia - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Carlos_M._Gomez . Now Alok Verma is currently the head of a federal probe agency in India and his notability should not need to be questioned any more.
I have started making changes and addition of citations. This still needs a lot of cleaning up.
