Why Herbrand?[edit]

I can't see any particular reason to list Jacques Herbrand as a "See also" for this article. Yes, he was also a mathematician and died young, but so did dozens of others, among them Abel, Galois, Eisenstein, Roch, Ramanujan, Urysohn, Schreier and Ramsey. So I'm removing the reference.
