Name[edit]

Don't we usually file articles on shipwrecks under the name of the ship, which in this case would be al-Dana? For a couple of recent examples see Queen of the North and M/V al-Salam Boccaccio 98. — Trilobite 03:44, 2 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, have you seen the long list of tragedies at sea or on water for the last twelve months? I think we remember events by some or other name we know. How we file them is Wiki business.. Gregorydavid 05:42, 2 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm afraid I can't make any sense of your response. To restate my original point, if you have a look at Category:Shipwrecks and its subcategories you'll see that the majority of articles on sinkings and the like are given the name of the ship. I was wondering why this was an exception. — Trilobite 21:51, 8 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
