• "Bill" and "act of Parliament" are not proper nouns, so not capitalized. (fixed)
• Underlinking: "weir" and "towpath" need to be linked on first occurrence. (fixed)
• Newbridge and Dutch River need to be linked. Also some other places.

Not convinced. Newbridge is really only a bridge, and there is no article on the Dutch River. Instead, I have explained the location of Newbridge and the Dutch River in the expanded and moved Route section, and linked to River Don, South Yorkshire#History. I have labelled Newbridge on the map, and altered it to show the old course of the River Don.  alternative solution

• {{main}} should refer to a whole section, not just a paragraph, as it becomes very confusing for the reader to understand what is being referred to. Either create a new section, or avoid the {{main}} for Tom Pudding, and provide a in-line link.

• Should "euro-barge" perhaps be capitalized (as "euro" I presume refers to Europe)? I am uncertain of this myself.

Nicholson uses Euro-barge, so I have altered it.  Done

• My experience from railway line articles is that it is better to provide the route first, as people unfamiliar with the geography will need it to understand the description in the history. However, I will leave it to your discretion to do as you wish, as there is nothing wrong with the current disposition.

Section moved to top of article, and expanded a little, to describe the route more.  Done

• Parts of the leisure section lack references. Any possibility of finding some?

Found Shead (2007), and have re-written the section to remove words like "The majority" and "more adventurous boaters", for which I can find no sources. I am unsure whether the "Yorkshire Ring" is anything other than a Wikipedia concept.

• The top two external links are both in the navbox, and should therefore not be repeated as "see also" links.

I have removed the top link, but could not find the History of the British Canal System link anywhere else. Any more clues? and have now found the History link, so have removed that.  Done

• The external link "Waterscape" is not intuitive for a reader; it should probably be removed, and if kept needs to be explained why relevant.

I presume this was in the See Also section. Removed.  Done
