Good faith edits[edit]

Notability[edit]

The article claims that the group's single "Free Fall" reached #1 on the MTV chart. I don't know much about MTV, and am not much into music. But if the article's claim is true, perhaps the article meets either WP:BAND criterion #2 ("Has had a single or album on any country's national music chart") or #11 ("Has been placed in rotation nationally by a major radio or music television network"). Though I'm not sure that the MTV chart counts as a "national chart", and I have no idea whether or not MTV actually placed the video into rotation on television.

Dear Wikipedians: How likely do you think it is that the article meets at least one of these two criteria?

I especially would like to see at least one reply from an experienced Wikipedian.

Sigh. I wish Wikipedia's notability criteria were more stringent. I am unhappy with the amount of unsourced material which has been added to this article over time.

Hello, Unforgettableid.

I can hardly call myself an experienced Wikipedian! (My wiki-epitaph will probably read "was friendly and tried hard to learn the MOS"!) I don't know anything about the band - I was only loitering with an intent to copyedit :-) My feeling is that the article is of very low to very, very low importance and so if it gives the boys' fans some pleasure and some experience in editing then I am happy not to try to impose a notability edict. If the article we are discussing was of any greater importance then my feeling would be much more along your lines, for sure. I am aware that many people would not agree with my approach and that is ok. The people at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Music might give an helpful opinion. Cheers, Myrtle G. Ages[edit]

Whoever is making the ages younger than they are, please stop it. If it's one of the members of After Romeo, their manager, or anyone associated with them, shame on you for lying/hiding information to appeal to younger fans. I'm working on finding citations for the ages.
