Importance[edit]

When I added an infobox for this page, I also demoted the importance to "Low." This is because I don't think that Saint Acsiclus is really all that notable of a saint. His profiles at Patron Saints Index and Saint of the Day are paragraphical. Furthermore, an image search retrieves no pertinent images, so he probably wasn't a common art subject. Added 2 Sources[edit]

On 16 Sept. 2011 I added a reference to the saints' passio in España Sagrada For those who read Latin it should be useful. Also added a reference to my own web page on the saints, which has a little more information. On the 17th, I also added a picture of the saint. -- Richard Stracke, Professor Emeritus of English, Augusta State University.
