Is it illegal or not?[edit]

The opening line:

"Abortion in Malaysia is illegal. It is regulated under Sections 312–316 of the Penal Code."

And then:

"There is also a misconception among medical professionals, the general public, and the media that abortion is illegal in Malaysia."
