possible origin from Herat[edit]

The nisba "Harawi" suggests that he was from Herat, in ancient times also known as Harawia. There are a few other historic figures with that name, all originating from Herat. I see no source to the claim that he was originally from Ray, even though he obviously worked and lived there for some time. If it is okay I would add this information about his possible origin in his article and correct the information that he was originallly from Ray, if there is no source to be found.2A02:908:1B15:ACC0:3C75:52CE:56DB:A3AF (talk) 22:12, 7 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
