The Abby Singer[edit]

I've never heard that Singer 'misled' anyone - rather that as 1st AD he would announce 'This shot and one more'. Thus the Abby Singer is the next to the last shot. The last shot is the Martini (because the next one is in the glass). This should be relatively easy to nail down since Mr. Singer is still around and there are lots of people who've worked with him. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Rapscallion (talkcontribs) 14:27, 8 May 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Abby Singer Film[edit]

I don't think it's really appropriate to put the following paragraph on this page:

Abby Singer is also the name of a 2007 film revolving around a casting director experiencing an emotional crisis from the loss of true love. The film showcases that life is all about the second-to-last shot; A second chance for happiness.

It may be true, but the film isn't really notable, and only makes reference to the person in its name (it doesn't star him, isn't about him, and doesn't even involve him). This sort of information (read: advertisement) might be okay on a disambiguation page, but this isn't one. A link at the bottom is more than sufficient. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Guido del Confuso (talkcontribs) 21:32, 27 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
