Possibly there is a misunderstanding in noting Russian pharmacy chain 36.6. The point is in Russia the widely used recognized method of temperature measurement is external in armpit, while in western countries as far as i know (US, Canada) is orally. So there shouldn't be wonders about 36.6 as normal temperature in armpit is lower. Wonders about this fact should be removed or explanation provided.
