- Question. What is the name of the race? Sources seem to be saying '1000 Guineas Stakes' which may make our title wrong. If so, these are all correct and the main article only needs to be renamed. See [1] or [2] as examples. Vegaswikian (talk) 21:08, 12 February 2015 (UTC)

- Looks like you moved it to 1000 Guineas Stakes actually - but I think that's the right thing to do in any case. Newmarket's website [3] omits the comma, as does the BHA's list of Pattern Races for 2014 - see page 48 of this pdf, [4], so I'm persuaded enough that 1000 Guineas and 2000 Guineas are the correct modern forms for the two races and the articles around them.Bcp67 (talk) 14:05, 13 February 2015 (UTC)
