Thanks. I cant believe Rajaji and Kamaraj allied in this elecetion. they fought tooth and nail in the last one. it would be nice if we could expand on that area a bit. --Car Tick 13:02, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

arasiyalla idhellam sadharanamappa ;-). It has to do with Congress split and DMK moving closer to Congress I. And with the garibi hatao campaign. Swatantara (which had been founded for opposing welfare economics) had to move to the opposite camp, where kamaraj is there by default --Sodabottle (talk) 14:11, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
