Hi! I have elected to review this article against the Good article criteria, and should have my initial comments posted up within the next few minutes. Cheers, Abraham, B.S. (talk) 10:08, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have now completed reviewing this article against the criteria and am placing it on hold pending some concerns outlined below. This is quite a good article, and only requires a few minor improvements before GA. Cheers, Abraham, B.S. (talk) 10:23, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
GA review (see here for criteria)
  1. It is reasonably well written.
    a (prose): b (MoS):
"the “major” told the hotel clerk..." - this is the first mention of a "major", and is slightly confusing. I presume you are referring to one of the VC agents? If so, this should be clarified.
"and would go to a nearby café for replenishment" - I'm not sure replenishment is the right word in this context. Perhaps refreshment, or some such?
"Some of out local squabbles will probably..." - is out correct? Or is it just a typo or a sic in the quote? It just doesn't seem right.
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects): b (focused):
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:

I used sustenance, as he could have had a proper meal. The rest are fixed and added an infobox as well. YellowMonkey (click here to vote for world cycling's #1 model!) 01:56, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
