It's a crying shame[edit]

That there is no real article on Wikipedia about the number 0.25. It has some curious properties, such that 16/64 = 1/4 by canceling out the 6's. Also 16666/66664 again equals 1/4 by the same property. (See "The Penguin's Dictionary of Curious and Interesting Numbers" by David Wells, pages 26-27.)
