Alpha-HaloketoneΑ-Halo ketone – Reliable sources like textbooks use a Greek letter prefix (as currently in the lede), so the page should be moved to do the same, per WP:CHEMPREFIX. The uncertainty comes with whether or not to include a space, i.e. α-Haloketone or α-Halo ketone. It seems like the version with the space is used more often, as is the case for compound names with ketone, e.g. methyl vinyl ketone, bromomethyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, methyl isopropyl ketone, ethyl isopropyl ketone, dibenzyl ketone, bis(chloromethyl) ketone, etc. and the compound class hydroxy ketone. A space is also used in Reductive dehalogenation of halo ketones. Redirects can be created from the non-space versions. Pinging Smokefoot who previously moved the page to this title. Comment Per WP:TITLES, the "h" in "α-halo ketone" should not be capitalized, as it is not the first word of the title (namely, "α"). Bernanke's Crossbow (talk) 00:43, 16 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Bernanke's Crossbow: The "H" is capitalized per WP:CHEMPREFIX. Mdewman6 (talk) 00:47, 16 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
