Sina Rural District (Persian: دهستان سينا)[3] is in the Central District of Varzaqan County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Aqa Baba-ye Faramarzi.[5]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,549 in 1,377 households.[6] There were 5,417 inhabitants in 1,464 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,496 in 1,687 households. The most populous of its 32 villages was Awli, with 495 people.[2]
